The Vegetarian Society of Hawaii has
expanded to the Garden Island of Kauai where monthly
vegan potlucks include a speaker. The potluck lectures
take place at 12:30 p.m. on the first Sunday of each
month at the Kapaa Neighborhood Center (4491 Kou St., Kapaa, HI
96746).
Prizes for the best vegan
dish are offered (please include an ingredient list). One
of the special features will be contributions of original vegan
recipes from our Garden Island
cooks.
Potluck/lectures are free for those who
bring a dish. Everyone else is welcome with a $5
donation.
